Graduate Pathway Programme

This is a graduate development programme like no other. Use your smarts, digital savvy and people skills to help our clients attract the best people for their organisations. This is a two-year-four-rotation programme, created in the memory our much-missed colleague, Simon Wright, who embodied the outthinker spirit of our agency.

We’re talking 24 months full of advertising, social media, research, data and strategy. Expect pace, expect ideas and, most of all, expect the unexpected.

We’re a social and digital employer branding agency. We use creative ideas, media innovations and advertising to help our clients attract and recruit the great people they need to succeed. You’ll help them do it – in countless different ways.

Four great rotations

Experience Creative Services, Client Services, Social & Digital Strategy, Employer Brand & Insight. Learn from industry thought leaders. Switch every six months, so the pace never drops. It’ll be relentless, in a good way. Succeed and there’ll be a guaranteed job at the end.

Inspiring clients

You

Degree-qualified (in any subject), you’ll have boundless curiosity and set yourself high standards. You’ll be smart; an ideas person. Creative Services

The core of this rotation is project management. You’ll learn how to use vital commercial and planning tools. As well as developing skills like stakeholder management, resource management and problem-solving. You’ll also spend time at the front line of projects – filmmaking, copywriting, content editing and website auditing.

Social & Digital Strategy

Strategy drives everything. This rotation is dominated by digital marketing, social media advertising, supplier management and data. You’ll get involved in everything from media planning, buying and search to market research and brand activation.

Employer Brand & Insight

Every solution starts here. You’ll be exposed to the building blocks of advertising: talent and market insight, employer brand insight and strategy. Client roadmaps, assessing data, survey design, interpreting and shaping client briefs – it’s all coming your way.

Client Services

This is the sharp end: winning, managing, growing and delighting clients. We’ll give you accounts to own, pitches to get involved in, and solutions to pilot, present and deliver. You’ll go deep into client strategy and planning. But more than anything, these six months will teach you the commercial fundamentals of a fast, creative, colourful business.
